The games have been mostly highly competitive with inches involved between winning and losing.  For me when we played the Storm we did well in first half-- the 3 players on review a couple of mental lapses silly penalty and we lost. Cronulla highly competitive --then a Gallen silly bit of concentration --penalty --lost the gameCowboys against roosters. Cowboys player fumbles the ball--roosters try---composure patiently reset no more silly errors. Roosters sensing a lose start to panic- a strip the ball penalty-Goal and in the lead Easts lose composure completely get more frustrated and try and play Jack Gibsons read on bad play --"catch up "  Can we win tile next year--have to consider the inches in the game --the very slight advantage you can get and hope the other team cracks first with mental frustrations which affect the whole of team psychology.. we have more players with poor disciplines and if we buy new ones they have to have mental attributes considered. Storm and Cowboys grand final will be an interesting contest to see who cracks first.. Cowboys have been brilliant in all the Grandfinals they contested recently--Good coaching or good player selection with mental attributes considered in the buying --I don,t know. Will say though if we don,t get a Mr Miyagi or the Buddest Monk we wont get their based on doing what we are doing to address the shortfalls from this year and past years as well See More
