Still sounds a bit baffling to me. Almost like he's saying that the coaching is right but the quality of players means that we can't execute properly, which leads me to ask, shouldn't we change tactics? You wouldn't train a shot putter to run 200m and hope one day it clicks, you train him to his strengths.
Agar may come across as a nice guy and it may well be a bit of a sales pitch, but ultimately it's been a dross season and a few forum's and some video analysis won't win over disgruntled fans who can clearly see there's effort lacking on the pitch. If we had effort, i wouldn't be half as vexed off.
