Just in case you weren't aware, footage of the FC vs Widnes John Player Trophy Final from 1976 can be found on a certain popular online video sharing platform. It's the BBC coverage of the full game, more or less (Hull's 2nd try is missing!). It's the first time I've ever come across video of this match. Leave's me in hope of one day seeing a recording of the 1979 Floodlit Trophy final!
