I can't go trawling that far back through old posts but I did put on here before Hastings had even played a game for us that he had been trying to engineer a move back to Salford and didn't want to be here. I got slammed for it but I swear it's the truth. Watson told him they couldn't afford him. I very much doubt he ever wanted to be here in all his time with us. Probably had a training session with lam and knew he wasn't a coach.
