Tring Shotokan Karate now forms part of Shotokan Karate England. We offer a range of shotokan karate classes for all ages and abilities.

Our training times:

• Tuesdays: 6.30pm to 7.30pm: Beginners and all Grades
• Tuesdays: 7.30pm to 8.30pm: 3rd Kyu and above only
• Thursdays (7-16 years old) At Dundale School: 6:00pm to 7:00pm Beginner - Purple Belt
• Thursdays (7-16 years old) At Dundale School: 7:00pm to 8:00pm Brown and Black belt
• Thursdays (16+):7.15pm to 8.15pm: Beginners and all Grades
• Thursdays (16+):8.15pm to 9.15pm: 3rd Kyu and above only
• Sundays: 10.00am to 11.00: Beginners and all Grades
• Sundays: 11.00am to 12.00: 3rd Kyu and above
