AGM 2025

Our AGM for 2025 is booked for Tuesday 22nd July at Haslingden. It will start at 7:45pm. Training will conclude a little earlier than normal.

Agenda

Sensei Rick Payne is nominated to become a life member for all his support and dedication to the club over the last 20 years. A general vote will be held the pass this nomination.

Adoption of an updated club constitution. Copies of which are available to view in the dojo and we can send a copy via email if requested. A general vote will be held to pass this new constitution.

Election of club officials and commitee members. The nomination form is available in the dojo and requires a proposer and seconder with the acknowledgement of the proposed member. Only full members who have been members for over a year can be nominated. A general vote will be held for uncontested positions and contested positions will require a ballot.

Any other business. Please submit a request to have this included in the AGM to any committee members or instructor upto a week before the AGM.
