A rumor began circulating online on Wednesday night that Will Smith’s youngest son had tragically passed away.

Fans flooded Twitter, Instagram and TikTok with their concern, with some asking if the rumors were true and others taking them as fact.

“RIP Jaden!” one fan tweeted, while another asked, “Why am I hearing everywhere that Jaden Smith has died? What is going on?”

The Life In A Year actor quickly debunked the theories and proved he’s very much alive by tweeting simply: “Invisible.”

Jaden is the second child of Will and Jada Pinkett. His siblings are Willow, 21, and half-brother Trey, 29.

The actor previously sparked concern from his parents over his weight, with both stars feeling that he was “wasting away”.

In late 2019, Jada said she and her husband “realized he wasn’t getting enough protein, he was wasting away.”

She added that Jaden “just looked drained, he was just depleted, he wasn’t getting the nutrients” he should’ve been getting.

Will said he was extremely “nervous” because he would always see “dark circles” under his son’s eyes and his skin had a “grayness” to it.

Between photos of Jaden looking very thin going viral and an intervention from his parents, the actor decided to take it seriously and worked to gain weight and improve his health.

WEIGHT GAIN

And in December, Jaden revealed he has gained 10lbs since 2019 and is working on “putting on muscle.

Appearing on Jada’s Facebook show, Red Table Talk, he said: “I was able to work with the doctors and really get my vitamins and get my supplements and protein shakes.

“That’s half of my diet. It’s like a password that I have to find to my body.”

He added: “I feel like I’m keeping on my weight. I’m able to put on my muscle.”

Jaden noted that he’s come “a long way” from where he was and what he looked like when he was at Coachella in April 2019.

‘WASTING AWAY’

“I just was just, like, bones,” he said. “I thought I was so tight! I was like, ‘This. I’m swagging on this. Like, I need to take off my shirt right now.’”

The rapper continued: “I was just eating, like, two meals a day… maybe one.

“Maybe just that one big meal and I’m like, ‘Oh, you know, I didn’t get around to it.’”

After speaking to his parents as well as medical professionals, he realized he was missing out on a lot of the nutrients his body needed.
