UFC 224 Embedded, part 4 - Machida has cool new music

0

Check out the fourth episode of Embedded for UFC 224.

UFC 224 is almost here, and as usual, Embedded is here as well. The show that gives you an inside look at the marquee contestants on PPVs has issued the fourth episode for this weekend’s big show in Brazil, and it serves as a brief introduction to the fighters at the top of the card.

Things start off with Lyoto Machida, who goes to a karate school in Rio. He’s then preparing to cut weight. Raquel Pennington is in her room getting a massage and talking about recovery.

Amanda Cooper is sparring with her coach on the roof, with a few of her friends right there in the pool. Ronaldo Souza does some media ahead of his fight with Kelvin Gastelum. Jacare then teases Machida about his pop song entrance music, but really likes what he hears when Machida’s coach plays a hip hip song written just for The Dragon, which will serve as his entrance music instead.

Vitor Belfort and his service dog go to see Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira, who is a bit wary about the animal. Belfort then does some media of his own.

Now it’s Mackenzie Dern’s turn. She discusses her dad being there, who still isn’t in to her fighting MMA. She has something to prove to him. Pennington’s godmother marks out meeting Machida. Pennington talks about where she’s going to win the fight. She might have to do the open workouts to the Spice Girls and Backstreet Boys. Finally, her coach discusses how together she is mentally.

And that’s it! UFC 224 goes down Saturday night in Rio.
