With the rapid increase in positive COVID cases, we have decided to start with virtual classes this week on Tuesday, January 4th, (Monday is a Stat Holiday), Thursday, January 6th, and Saturday, January 8th.  This will give us a week to see if the Government releases any new Public Health measures for contact sport.  I have attached below the class schedule for virtual classes.  The latest schedule and updates can be found on the Ottawa Judo Club Home page by scrolling to Latest News or Calendar at www.ottawajudoclub.com.  I will be sending out an invite with a link to the classes.  The link will be for your individual class and time.  Let me know if you want an invitation for a different class than you have received.

The classes will have both judo-specific exercises along with technical videos that will review techniques you will need to  know for your next grade.  I know virtual classes are not ideal, but is the best way for us to stay save, stay fit and get ready for your grading.  Make sure you bring a water bottle, where your judo pants and t-shirt.

When we are back on the mat, proof of double vaccination is required for all individual who are 12 and older and capacity limits have been put back on that is currently a maximum of 30 people.
