This weekend Croatia welcomes over 480 fighters to the Zagreb European Open, with 17 British fighters in action over the two-day competition on the 1st-2nd May. Saturday 1st Gregg Varey heads to Zagreb in superb form, having recently finished 7th at the Antalya Grand Slam.

The decision has been made to withdraw the Great Britain squad from the upcoming IJF Kazan Grand Slam due to take place in Russia between 5th-7th May. The squad travelled to Holland earlier this week to undertake a two-week training camp in Papendal, before heading on to Russia.
