If you can't see what a completely pointless exercise sacking a manager is, when you don't have to, when you haven't got a replacement lined up ready, then I'm afraid you are beyond my help.
Can you tell me a single benefit of doing it now, without a replacement lined up?

I can see both sides of the argument can see (as i have already said further up) why they would of cut ties monday but can also see why they would keep him on while they find a replacment.

What i cant see is it being a proven FACT that if we did sack him now. You said its pointless that is not a fact, again that is your opinion. Like my opinion that i want Davies gone doesnt mean im right or its a fact. Its what i think is best bit like your opinion but either way none of them are FACT! If you cant see that your beyond my help ????
