The South Korean will certainly be attracted to the idea of moving to the Premier League. It would be a huge step up for him, and he would get to play for some of the biggest clubs in the world.

Hyeon-Gyu could fancy a Spurs move
The South Korean could be attracted to the idea of joining the London club, especially if they manage to stay up in the Premier League. Tottenham has a considerable fan base in South Korea thanks to Son Heung-min. It will be interesting to see if they can sign the Besiktas striker in the summer.
