I really doubt we’d pay over the odds for him, my only mild concern for Grealish is that he is an older player and we shouldn’t be overly deferential to him.
It’s a nice situation where he is in his career and where we are as a club overlap. Doesn’t mean he has to start every game and play all minutes though, there might be games where he may not be the right option and we may need more pace and directness. Moyes sometimes leans on his favourites a smidge too much. Maybe the nature of his injury which seems cumulative means for his own benefit too means he’s the one who should get subbed over Ndiaye for instance a bit more often.
