Fixtures

  • Motherwell Vs. Hibernian - Sat, Mar 21 2026, 15:00

THE LOWDOWN

David Gray's men are unbeaten in four matches heading into this weekend's encounter; having picked up two wins and two draws in recent weeks.

Victories over St Mirren and Celtic preceded a 3-3 draw with Dundee at Dens Park before we were held to a frustrating 0-0 draw against Livingston last time out.

Hibs had a 75% share of possession and took on 22 shots while restricting Livi to just six, as well as zero corners, but failed to capitilise on the  to seal all three points.

With eight matches left in the 2025/26 season, we sit fifth on 47 points.

TEAM NEWS

Chris Cadden was named on the bench versus Livingston last weekend following his return from injury.

Meanwhile, Jordan Obita and Grant Hanley have continued to progress well with their respective recoveries and are in contention to play this Saturday.

Josh Mulligan and Rudi Molotnikov remain out.

Head Coach David Gray will provide a team news update to the media at HTC on Friday afternoon.

THE VISITORS

Motherwell are currently fourth-place in the Premiership table; sitting six points ahead of Hibs heading into this weekend's clash.

Jens Berthel Askou's side were unbeaten in nine league matches until this month, with back-to-back away losses to Dundee and Celtic putting an end to the formidable streak.

Elijah Just netted first at Parkhead, but Celtic - aided by Emmanuel Longelo's second-half dismissal - turned the game on its head to triumph 3-1 in Glasgow.

Our last meeting with the 'Well finished 1-1 at Easter Road in early January, with Kieron Bowie levelling after Tawanda Maswanhise opened the scoring in the second half.
