The wee Hibees return to CAS Elite U19 League action this week; heading north to take on Dundee United.
Darren McGregor's side will face United on Monday 16 March at Foundation Park; kick-off 7pm.
Fixtures
- Dundee United U19s Vs. Hibernian U19s - Mon, Mar 16 2026, 19:00
THE LOWDOWN
After four consecutive League Cup group stages matches, Hibs return to league competition - last playing a league fixture on Tuesday 3 February.
That early February clash saw us held by Rangers in a 2-2 away draw. This result extended our unbeaten league run - which stretches back to January 2025 - to an impressive 22 games.
We remain joint-top of the division with the Gers, who have played two more fixtures than McGregor's youngsters.
Since drawing with Rangers, three wins and one loss in the League Cup has kept the wee Hibees in strong form.
Last time out, Motherwell - who were reduced to 10 men in the second half - were comfortably defeated 3-0 at K-Park.
Zach Bruce opened the scoring inside the first 45 after pouncing on a defensive error, before Luke Davidson and Alisdair Burns struck after the break to seal the victory.
THE HOSTS
Dundee United are currently fifth in the eight-team CAS Elite U19 League division, collecting 11 points from 10 matches.
The Terrors have, like the wee Hibees, been occupied with the League Cup in recent weeks.
A terrible 6-1 drubbing at the hands of Kilmarnock has been rectified by a draw against the Ayrshire club, a narrow win over Celtic, and back-to-back victories over Hearts in the competition.
Our last meeting with United occured in mid-October at HTC. One week before we began our 2025/26 UEFA Youth League campaign against FC 2 Korriku, the youngsters prevailed in a nervy clash in East Lothian.
Adam Buckley and Dean Cleland provided the Hibees with a two-goal cushion before the visitors halved the deficit through a deflected strike.
Cleland would restore our advantage, though a late United free-kick would set up a tense finish as Hibs overcame a late onslaught to hold on to all three points.
HOW TO WATCH
