I think it's central midfield or attacking midfielder because they're typically the only positions who are receiving the ball and getting closed down/tackled from 360 degrees around and they need to read the game from that perspective - there is literally no hiding place. CMs are more likely to be expected to switch between defensive and attacking play too so it is typically slightly more difficult than CAM.
I say this as a goalkeeper through school and centre half as an adult - so it's not bias.
Tommy's argument that strikers have more pressure than goalkeepers is absurd and illogical. I think goalkeeper is particularly difficult because you have periods of just watching and re-positioning then all of a sudden the blood is rushing and you need to be on it, but I'd still go with CM.
