Kian Pennant Signs

Woking Football Club is pleased to announce the signing of Kian Pennant from Sky Bet Championship side Leicester City.

Pennant, 21, joined the Foxes academy system in 2019 and was a regular in their U21 side. He scored his side’s only goal against Juventus U21’s in the Premier League International Cup back in September. After that, he joined fellow Enterprise National League side Gateshead on loan, scoring against Sutton United back in November this season.

Kian has been capped by England at youth level, most recently playing for the U19’s in March 2023. He joins the squad for the final 14 games of the season, looking to help us in our continued growth.

Director of Football, Jody Brown, had this to say, “Kian’s got elite-level pace and athleticism, he’s left-footed, and he’s a goal threat. He can play wide or central.

“He’s here until the end of the season, perhaps filling the profile that Josh Osude offered, but there’s certainly a possibility of that being extended.”
