Reserves hit seven to move into top two
COLWYN BAY Reserves moved into second place in the FAW National Reserve League North Premier Conference with a 7-2 Sunday victory over Holywell Town Development squad at the Blue Turtle Arena.
The young Seagulls were 3-0 up at half-time with three goals in the space pf seven minutes from Ben Fisher (35), Logan Sumner (36) and Ben Woodmansee (42) and added two more goals in the space of three second half minutes from Dan Russell (62) and Logan Sumner again (65),
Josh Acott pulled a goal back on 67 minutes, but Colwyn Bay added further goals from Elliott Bullock (74) and Harrison Mills-Morgan (82) before Josh Acott got his second goal of the game for Holywell six minutes from time.
