January Player of the Month – in association with Buck’s Bar
CONGRATULATIONS to Spiders frontman Seb Drozd who earned almost seventy per cent of the votes in January’s Player of the Month poll.
The monthly vote, in association with Buck’s Bar, has seen wins for skipper Euan Murray, defender Charlie Fox, plus two apiece for Matty Shiels and departed forward Josh Fowler.
Now Seb has added his name to the list and bagged a voucher from the rock’n’roll chicken restaurant – just around the corner from The city Stadium in the heart of Mount Florida at 1021 Cathcart Road.
Midfielder Aidan Connolly was second with defender Henry Fieldson running him close min third.
Earlier this week Seb dropped in to the restaurant – one of five throughout Scotland in Glasgow, Edinburgh and St Andrews, boasting an array of chicken dishes, vegetarian and vegan options and hot sauces from around the world.
As well as his prize he also tucked into some Classic Buffalo hot wings chosen by last month’s winner Euan Murray – and set the dish for next month’s winner.
The February vote will begin in the week following the match with Dunfermline on February 28 – look out for the poll opening via our social media channels.
