Compensation for delayed flight

11 weeks ago, I submitted a claim to air Linus for compensation for a delayed flight
Flight was delayed 6 1/2 hours
Every two or three weeks I get almost a template email from Aer Lingus saying they are investigating yet as I say 11 weeks afterwards there’s still no resolution

Does anybody have any experience with how long typically this takes, please?
