German broadcaster Sportdigital has secured a rights package for North America’s Concacaf Champions Cup, underlining the growing international pull of the confederation’s flagship club tournament. The deal allows the broadcaster to air up to 15 matches of the 51-game knockout competition, exclusively on its Sportdigital1+ pay-TV channel.
