The full-back certainly had a complicated start to the big match at San Siro this evening, with the Bianconeri trying out a 4-3-3 formation.
Cambiaso with dubious record in Inter vs. Juventus
Cambiaso was in the wrong place at the wrong time when accidentally deflecting the Luis Henrique roll across from the right for Marcus Thuram, but still assumed Michele Di Gregorio would be able to kick it out of the near bottom corner.

Unfortunately for him, the Juve goalkeeper decided to go with his trailing foot instead, and made a hash of it.
Just nine minutes later, Cambiaso managed to turn into the correct net at the other end, as Jonathan David failed to connect with a Weston McKennie cross, letting it come through for the full-back at the far post.

Before this, no player had ever managed to score at both ends in an edition of the Derby d’Italia, so he has his somewhat unfortunate place in the history books.
