Report: Chelsea leading London rivals in the race to land €12m-a-year forward

He has scored 64 goals during his time at Juventus, and he has the physicality and technical attributes for English football as well. The opportunity to join the Premier League will be exciting for him. The report claims that the player has long wanted to play in the Premier League.

It remains to be seen whether Chelsea can wrap up the move. The player will be a free agent in the summer, and signing a player of his quality for free would be a master stroke. Juventus have been unable to reach a renewal agreement with the striker because of his €12 million wage demands.
