Tottenham reject late offer from PSV for Champions League squad member
Tottenham Hotspur have turned down an offer from PSV Eindhoven for one of their teenage midfield starlets.
Thomas Frank has confirmed that Tottenham may do some business in the final few days of the transfer window, with speculation continuing to run rife regarding potential incomings and outgoings.
In terms of exits, it appears as if Antonin Kinsky may be on his way to West Ham United after failing to displace Guglielmo Vicario as the club’s number one.
It has also emerged that Randal Kolo Mauni could cut short his loan at Tottenham and head to Juventus, but the Lilywhites have now turned down an offer for a player who has not featured this season.
Tottenham turn down offer for Callum Olusesi
It has been reported by journalist Pete O’Rourke on X that PSV Eindhoven made an offer for Spurs academy midfielder Callum Olusesi.
However, he explained that the Lilywhites immediately sent back the offer from the Eredivisie giants for the 18-year-old.
Olusesi also featured for Tottenham during pre-season after Thomas Frank’s arrival, but has not played in a competitive match so far this term.
Spurs have been in talks with Serie A club over Olusesi
The central midfielder, who has been impressing at the youth level, made his senior debut for Spurs last season in the Europa League.
It emerged earlier this month that Torino had opened talks with Tottenham over loaning Olusesi, with an option to buy.
This was also confirmed by Gianluca Di Marzio, who said last week that the Serie A club’s sporting director was working to close the deal with Spurs for Olusesi.
