Serie A: Roma vs. Milan – probable line-ups and where to watch on TV
Donyell Malen returns to Roma’s starting XI for a big home game against Milan, but Christian Pulisic is expected to start on the bench.
It kicks off at 20:45 CET (19:45 GMT) at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome, right after Juventus-Napoli.
Just four points separate the Rossoneri in second position and Roma in fourth. Artem Dovbyk, Angelino and Mario Hermoso are unavailable for the home side, while Santiago Gimenez is the only absentee for Milan.
Dutch striker Malen returns to the Giallorossi XI after scoring on his Serie A debut against Torino last week. The ex-Aston Villa forward missed Roma’s Europa League game against Stuttgart on Thursday as he’s not part of the Giallorossi UEFA list for the last two games of the league phase.
According to several Italian sources, including Gazzetta and Sky, Koni De Winter will start again in central defence, pushing Strahinja Pavlović to the bench. Samuele Ricci is expected to replace Youssouf Fofana in central midfield, while Christopher Nkunku is favourite over Pulisic, who will get minutes as a substitute in the second half.
