KDM Evolution Trophy mapped out for last eight

QUEEN’S PARK have been drawn to face Raith Rovers in the quarter final of the KDM Evolution Trophy following our win over Forfar Athletic on Tuesday night.

Late goals from Josh Fowler and substitute Liam McLeish set up an all-Championship clash with the Kirkcaldy side ion January 27 or 28.

The draw for the quarter final was made at Barclays Hampden by former Motherwell captain Stephen Craigen.

Not only were the quarter final ties paired together, the route to the final was also mapped out for each of the remaining eight teams in the competition with the semi-finals also drawn.

The winner of the Spiders and Rovers match will travel to either Arbroath or Airdrie for a place in the final.

The full draw is as follows:

  • Queen’s Park v Raith Rovers
  • St Johnstone v Ayr United
  • Arbroath v Airdrieonians
  • Inverness Caledonian Thistle v Stenhousemuir
The semi-finals will be played on February 27/28.
  •  Arbroath or Airdrie v Queen’s Park or Raith Rovers
  • St Johnstone or Ayr United v Inverness Caledonian Thistle or Stenhousemuir
 Each game goes straight to penalties if the result is a draw after 90 minutes.
