McGoona’s double nets victory for U21s

TWO goals from Max McGoona saw Colwyn Bay U21s open their New Year programme with a 2-1 home victory over Airbus UK Reserves in the FAW Reserve League North.

Max opened the scoring after just six minutes and the young Seagulls held onto their lead to half-time.

Airbus equalised on 57 minutes, but three minutes later Max scored his seccnd goal, with an assist from skipper Efan -Williams and that proved to be the match-winner as Colwyn Bay defended their lead for a 2-1 victory.
