BlueVolvoGetting on a bit now and Im trying to lose some weight again which I’ve been battling all my life.
Anyway after all these years I’ve realised the best way to lose weight is ‘Sleep’ If you’re hungry after your dinner and it’s just too much you might as well go to bed early to blot the food thoughts. Extreme I know but take it from me it works!
Genuinely not being facetious here, and unaware of your health etc, but if you can turn that into a 15 minute walk and then sleep, you really will be doing something really powerful.
Good luck mate, I lost out in the genetic lottery so got to 35 and since then have had to work really hard to keep weight off, especially after knocking the tabs and then the vape on the head! Remember you can only compare yourself to you and every good day you have is a victory!
