Serie A: Inter vs. Milan – probable line-ups and where to watch on TV
Marcus Thuram and Lautaro Martinez will lead the Inter attack against city rivals Milan this evening, while Massimiliano Allegri will pick Christian Pulisic and Rafael Leao.
The Milan derby kicks off at 20:45 CET (19:45 GMT) at the Stadio Meazza in San Siro.
It’s the first time that the derby is played in a club-owned stadium as the two Milanese sides completed the purchase of the Meazza and its surrounding areas earlier this month.
It’s technically a home game for the Nerazzurri who must cope without Henrikh Mkhitaryan, Raffaele Di Gennaro, Matteo Darmian and Denzel Dumfries.
Carlos Augusto will play on the right flank, while Francesco Acerbi will start in central defence, and Petar Sucic will replace Mkhitaryan, according to several sources, including Sky Sport.
Zachary Athekame and Santiago Gimenez are the only two unavailable players for Milan, and the Rossoneri also see Adrien Rabiot and Fikayo Tomori return to the starting XI, alongside Pulisic.
Davide Bartesaghi is expected to start as a left midfielder, pushing Pervis Estupinan to the bench.
