Champions League line-ups: Atalanta vs. Slavia Prague

0 5

Atalanta try to build some Champions League momentum with Nikola Krstovic, Ademola Lookman and Charles De Ketelaere against Slavia Prague.

It kicks off in Bergamo at 20.00 UK time (19.00 GMT).

You can follow all the build-up and action as it happens from this game and Real Madrid vs. Juventus on the Liveblog.

La Dea have stuttered so far under new coach Ivan Juric, as while they are the only remaining Serie A team unbeaten this season, most of those have been stalemates.

In the Champions League, they were crushed 4-0 by Paris Saint-Germain, but then defeated Club Brugge 2-1 here and are hoping to pick up more points this evening.

Lookman made his first start since the chaotic summer failed transfer to Inter, playing in Sunday’s 0-0 draw with Lazio.

He is given another chance to find his form here, along with Krstovic, De Ketelaere and midfielder Ederson, but Nicola Zalewski is again on the bench.

Giorgio Scalvini, Sead Kolasinac and Mitchel Bakker are the only remaining absentees, with Gianluca Scamacca fit for the bench.

Slavia Prague are currently second in their domestic league, one point behind city rivals Sparta Prague.

In the Champions League, they were held 2-2 by Bodo/Glimt and then lost 3-0 away to Inter at San Siro on September 30.

The visitors are without long-term absentees Igoh Ogbu, Petr Sevcik, Dominik Javorcek, Filip Horsky, David Doudera and Jindrich Stanek.

Youssoupha Mbodji scored both their Champions League goals this season against Bodo/Glimt, before the team fumbled that 2-0 lead in stoppages.

Jindrich Stanek also saved a penalty in that game.
