Young Seagulls hit six in cup victory

COLWYN BAY made progress in the FAW Youth Cup with a comprehensive 6-1 win over Chirk AAA at the Blue Turtle Arena.

Robin Williams put the Bay in front after just seven minutes from an Owen Thomas assist, and although Chirk equalised three minutes later through Max Evans, Harrison Mills-Morgan put the Bay back in front before half-time from a Robin Williams assist.

In the second half Max McGoona provided three assists for Luca Moran (50), Ben Roberts (69) and Efan Bowden-Williams (75) to increase the lead to 5-1 before Elliott Bullock added a late sixth goal three minutes from time.
