Coppa Italia: Milan vs. Lecce confirmed line-ups
Massimiliano Allegri has made a series of rotations to his Milan side for Tuesday evening’s Coppa Italia second round clash against Lecce, bringing a full Rossoneri debut for summer signing Christopher Nkunku.
You can follow the action as it unfolds on the Football Italia Liveblog.
Rafael Leao remains unavailable for the Rossoneri on Tuesday evening, but is reportedly pushing for a return to action against reigning Serie A champions Napoli this coming weekend.
Goalkeeper Mike Maignan is back and available after being forced off injured during Milan’s 1-0 victory over Bologna in Serie A last weekend.
Allegri has made several other changes to his personnel, bringing in summer signings Koni De Winter, Samuele Ricci and Christopher Nkunku, which means rest for the likes of Matteo Gabbia, Luka Modric and Christian Pulisic.
There will be no Massimiliano Allegri on the bench for Milan this evening, as he serves the remainder of the two-match Coppa Italia suspension that he was handed after his final match in charge of Juventus in 2024.
Lecce, who qualified for the Coppa Italia second round after a 2-0 win over Juve Stabia in August, will line up with an attacking contingent that features teenage sensation Francesco Camarda, who will go up against his boyhood club.
Kick-off is due at 20.00 BST.
