Starting 11 (17 replies)
Have your thoughts on our best 11 changed now the window is shut and players are getting up to speed?
My current 11 with everyone fit would be:
Allsop
Laird Klarer Robinson Cochrane
Iwata Paik
Roberts Ducksch Gray
Kyogo
Laird I think it should still be his position to lose, great season last season and hasn’t done anything wrong this season.
It’s hard to judge off just one game but we did look far more balanced with the pairing of Robinson and Klarer.
Doyle for Paik would be another popular one but I’ll be honest apart from reading about Doyle and his qualities I haven’t watched him play loads and haven’t seen enough of him for us to decide he should definitely start over Paik.
Ducksch I think looked good as the furthest forward and popping the ball off quickly so not sure how he would actually look in the 10 role but he looks to have the football brain for it to create. A pairing of him and Kyogo could be a great balance.
