Introducing Our 150th Anniversary Kit
We’re excited to unveil the details and launch of our brand-new 150th Anniversary kit!
Shaped by the fans, we listened and engaged with various supporter groups, gathering feedback with online surveys and forums to craft our 150th Anniversary kit – recreating our original hooped design from the first ever photographed Hibernian FC kit.
Designed in partnership with our Technical Partner, Joma – this iconic top features the traditional horizontal dark green and white hoop pattern with our initials HFC front and centre.
Our 150th anniversary crest is embroidered on the chest, with “HFC” stitched onto the back of the collar. Inside, the words “150 years” are printed on the inner neck to recognise this iconic milestone in the Club’s rich history.
In addition, the top is completely sponsor-less – with this season’s Front of Shirt Sponsor Bevvy.com opting to take their name off the jersey to create a more timeless, historical and classic design.
We would also like to thank Bevvy.com as well as all of our kit partners – MPACT, Dunedin IT, SBK and Capital Credit Union – for taking their logos off the shirt on this occasion.
The Club officially unveiled the kit for the first time at this afternoon’s William Hill Premiership fixture with Dundee United – with supporters catching a glimpse of the iconic shirt as the match kicked off!
In keeping with our 150th Anniversary celebrations, this match was specifically chosen and provided a fitting occasion with the visitors – Dundee United – having originally founded and operated as Dundee Hibernian up until 1923.
The new 150th Anniversary Kit will go on sale at 10am on Monday 15 September and can be purchased both in-store and online with the top available in short and long sleeve as well as women's fit. A Junior replica version of the kit is also available for younger supporters.
As always, the shirt is made from 100% recycled polyester, continuing our efforts to reduce environmental impact while delivering high-quality products for our players and supporters.
