Seagulls’ chance to hit top five spot
COLWYN BAY could have a chance of moving into the top five of the JD Cymru Premier for the first time if they can win Saturday’s home game against Haverfordwest County.
With Briton Ferry facing unbeaten league leaders Caernarfon Town and Flint Town United away to Penybont, the Bay could enhance their league position if they can build on last weekend’s 4-1 win at Cardiff Met with a first home victory of the season against a Haverfordwest side who were beaten 5-0 by The New Saints in their last outing.
County, however, had a good win away at Briton Ferry last month, in what is their only victory so far this campaign, and held Caernarfon Town to a 1-1 draw, so this will be another tough game for the Seagulls to overcome.
A reminder that this game is an early 12:30 kick-off.
