Four Young Hibees Earn Scotland Women U17 Call Ups

Three Hibernian Girls Academy youngsters have been selected for an upcoming Scotland Women's Under-17s double-header. 

Michael Touhy has chosen to include Hibs' Jess Ramsay, Isla Gourley, Isla Taylor and Ava Dunbar as part of his 20-strong squad. 

The two International Challenge Matches against Finland will be played in September 2025 at the Jari Litmanen Arena in Eerikkilä, Finland. 

It is a first Under-17s call-up for Jess Ramsay, who has featured regularly for the First Team in recent weeks in both the SWPL and the UEFA Women's Champions League.

Isla Taylor also recently appeared in the Champions League, coming off the bench during our 3-2 victory over Cypriot champions Apollon.

Ava Dunbar and Isla Gourley have earned further call-ups to the Under-17s squad, having featured on multiple occasions previously. The pair featured in Scotland U17's MIMA Cup involvement in Murcia, Spain, in February. 

The Young Team will travel to Helsinki for the two matches before heading to Poland in October for their European Qualifiers against England, Montenegro and Poland.
