Juventus set to miss out on Kolo Muani return
According to reports from Fabrizio Romano, Kolo Muani is close to reaching an agreement on personal terms with Tottenham.
Juventus have been targeting a move for the Frenchman for the vast majority of the summer transfer window following his successful loan spell in Turin in the second half of the 2024-25 campaign. Kolo Muani averaged a goal every other game in Serie A during his time with the Old Lady, with a tally of eight from 16.
PSG also sanctioned an extension to Kolo Muani’s loan deal earlier this year, which allowed him to represent the Bianconeri at the FIFA Club World Cup.
The Bianconeri have explored numerous options and formulae with PSG, including a permanent deal, a loan with an option to buy and most recently a straight loan deal, but have still not been able to secure an agreement.
Now, on deadline day, Tottenham are making attempts to sign Kolo Muani. PSG are reportedly requesting a loan deal with an obligation to buy.
Juve still have summer signing Jonathan David as well as Dusan Vlahovic on their books, and are also closing in on the arrival of Lois Openda from RB Leipzig.
