43. Wes Unseld
Unseld played his entire 13-year career with the Baltimore/Capital/Washington Bullets from 1968 to 1981.
Drafted No. 2 in the 1968 NBA draft after a standout college career at Louisville, Unseld made an explosive impact in the league right away, averaging 13.8 points and 18.2 rebounds per game in his rookie season.
He led the Bullets to a 57–25 record and a division title that year, earning both NBA MVP and Rookie of the Year honors, joining Wilt Chamberlain as one of only two players to achieve this feat.
Always an elite rebounder, Unseld averaged 10.8 points, 14.0 rebounds and 3.9 assists per game in 984 career games. He led the NBA in rebounding in 1974–75 and field goal percentage in 1975–76.
Unseld was instrumental in the Bullets’ four NBA Finals appearances from 1971 to 1979, winning a championship in 1978 and earning Finals MVP. His No. 41 jersey was retired by the team
Unseld was inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in 1988.
