Ederson and Juventus target Hjulmand on Manchester United radar
Manchester United are looking towards Atalanta midfielder Ederson or Juventus transfer target Morten Hjulmand of Sporting CP, according to reports.
The Old Trafford side tried and failed to break down Brighton and Hove Albion resistance for Cameroon international Carlos Baleba, who had been their first choice for the role.
With that in mind, they now have to consider alternative options and those intersect with Serie A football.
Ederson back in Manchester United sights
Indykalia News claim that this includes a revival in their interest for Atalanta midfielder Ederson, who had already been on their radar last season and again earlier this summer.
La Dea are not eager to part with the Brazil international and would want at least €50m.
Another idea is Hjulmand, who has long been a target for Serie A side Juventus, unable to put together the €80m needed to activate his release clause with Sporting CP.
That clause expired on June 15, but Sporting are still demanding close to €70m to even consider an exit.
