They’re also appealing to well healed away fans who would normally never get an away ticket.Yeah, I've said this before, it's the lure of the Premier League and most people just want to see a game. Whether it's us or Liverpool or to see the away team there will always be people happy to pay a bit more just to see a game. If they're on holiday and travelling around the UK or Europe another 2-300 quid isn't going to be too hard to find. Those who are a bit more vain will love to tell their friends and family that that the bought a 'premium' ticket just to add to their story.
Been guilty of it myself, went to Barcelona a few years ago and got tickets to a game at the Nou Camp, we're part of that now whether we like it or not, especially with the new stadium. In fairness to the club, maybe that's why the've put the Premium seats all together and in the corner away from the best seats, they know they'll sell them but they also know most who buy it will be casual fans or day trippers who won't do much singing or shouting so no point giving them the best seats.
