I have not seen that story but if its true then how are they going to fund matchdays. Stewards, Operational staff, bar and catering staff etc.
Do the EFL only get involved once one of their matches does not go ahead or is at risk of not taking place??
On The Guardian Football pod, a couple of the guests said the EFL basically don't give a sh*t as long as the game can be played. If it's 11 kids and the kitman running things they're happy.
I don’t think that is fair on the EFL to be honest. I would take that with a pinch of salt.
They managed the Reading situation pretty well in the end.
Reading should have been liquidated, they kept moving the goalpost's.
