Jordan joins the Bay

0 1

WE are delighted to welcome forward Jordan Davies to the club, who joins from Scottish Championship side Greenock Morton.

“I had a wonderful season up in Scotland and I enjoyed it. Some things in football don’t work out and unfortunately that didn’t,” Jordan said.

“But I’m looking forward to the new challenge and obviously the gaffer and the way he wants to play suits my style of play

“The project the owners and the gaffer have is something I’m excited to be involved in.”

A Wales Futsal and Cymru C international, Jordan started his career with Brickfield Rangers and was also part of Connah’s Quay Nomads’ academy and won the Welsh Schools FA U19 Cup in 2015.

He also had spells with Prestatyn Town, Nantwich Town, Telford United and King’s Lynn Town before rejoining Nomads in 2021, for whom he played in the Champions League qualifiers alongside Mike Wilde and Danny Harrison.

Jordan joined Haverfordwest County on loan in January 2022, before signing a two-year deal in May 2022.

He spent 17 months at Bridge Meadow – scoring 20 goals in 45 league games – before a return to Connah’s Quay in June 2023 for his third spell at the club.

Jordan signed a pre-contract agreement with Greenock Morton in January 2024.

After scoring 26 goals in all competitions and helping Nomads win the JD Welsh Cup, he formalised a two-year deal with the Cappielow Park club in June 2024.
