Djed SpenceHeld his own on the right of the Tottenham defence, which appeared to be Luton Town’s preferred side to attack. Gaps were exposed at times when Spence pushed up to support the attack, but overall, nothing damaging came of it. 6.

Micky van de VenThe Dutchman has been sharp with his passing, especially during the build-up phase, and he has not had much defending to do so far. 7.

Kevin DansoDanso has stepped in well, often covering when Djed Spence was caught out of position. A composed and effective showing from the Austrian. 7.

Jamie Donley – Although listed as a full-back, Donley appears to be operating in a more advanced midfield role, regularly picking up positions in the left half-space. He has linked well with Brennan Johnson but has yet to produce a meaningful threat. 6.

Yves BissoumaBissouma played as the second pivot in midfield, and while he slotted into right-back areas to help with the build-up, his passing lacked accuracy and led to a couple of Luton Town opportunities. 6.

Archie GrayMore involved than his midfield partner, Gray has been crisp and accurate with his distribution, clearly trying to control the tempo from deep. 7.

Mikey MooreThe youngster has had limited involvement from his position on the right flank as a ten, occupying the pockets. 5.

Mathys TelShould have opened the scoring early on after being played through by Mohammed Kudus. He slotted it beyond Josh Keeley but saw his effort cleared just before it crossed the line. 6.

Brennan JohnsonOperating mainly down the left, the Welshman has made a few direct runs to the byline and delivered crosses into the box, but without any clear outcome. 7.

Mohammed Kudus Kudus had a good opening spell in the first half; his direct dribbling and confidence on the ball kept the Luton defence on edge. He created the biggest chance of the game so far, setting up Tel early on. 7.
