Francisco Conceiçao has begun medical tests in Turin before completing a permanent move to Juventus.
Portuguese winger Conceiçao is ready to join Juventus on a permanent deal from Porto.
The 22-year-old scored seven goals and provided six assists in 40 appearances at the Allianz Stadium during a one-season loan spell in 2024-25.
Last week, the Bianconeri reached an agreement over a permanent transfer from Porto for €32m.
Juventus remain interested in Manchester United winger Jadon Sancho even after the Conceiçao deal as the Bianconeri are prepared to sell Nico Gonzalez, Samuel Mbangula and Timothy Weah.
