Report Guerra back on Milan radar after initial talks
Milan have reportedly resumed negotiations with Valencia midfielder Javi Guerra, who has also been linked with Manchester United.
The interest in the Spain Under-21 international goes back many weeks, but there had been suggestions the opening proposal of €20m was rejected.
As they took their time and looked towards other options, largely Club Brugge talent Ardon Jashari, Milan risked missing out on the player to Manchester United.
Milan hope it’s not too late for Guerra
Now transfer expert Matteo Moretto claims that the Rossoneri are back in for Guerra and hope to agree personal terms with him before working out a fee with Valencia.
The 22-year-old is growing increasingly frustrated with the lack of a firm contract extension proposal from Valencia, the club he has been with since their youth academy in 2019.
Despite only turning 22 in May, Guerra already has 82 appearances in LaLiga, where he scored eight goals and provided four assists.
