According to a report from The Athletic, Premier League champions Liverpool have not submitted a formal offer for Alexander Isak, despite ongoing rumors linking them with the Swedish striker. The club is said to be “very aware” of Newcastle United’s firm stance: Isak is not for sale.

Isak had an outstanding 2024-25 Premier League season, netting 23 goals, a tally that was only surpassed by Liverpool’s Mohamed Salah. Since joining Newcastle United in 2022 from Real Sociedad in a deal worth £60 million, Isak has made a remarkable impact.
