2025/26 Women’s Fixtures Announced
Hibernian FC Women can confirm our full fixture list for the upcoming 2025/26 ScottishPower Women’s Premier League season!
The SWPL has been reformatted ahead of the new campaign, with the 12-team league now reduced to just 10 clubs. Every team will now play 18 pre-split matches before a Top Six and Bottom Four will split in February to play a further 10 or six post-split games, respectively.
The Hibees will begin their title defence against Aberdeen on Sunday 17 August at Meadowbank Stadium.
Grant Scott’s side will play their first away match of the league season the weekend after, travelling to Petershill Park to face Partick Thistle on Sunday 24 August.

While the rest of the division plays their third match of the league season, Hibs Women will be competing in the UEFA Women’s Champions League second qualifying round. Due to this scheduling conflict, our matchday three fixture versus Glasgow City has been moved to Wednesday 1 October.
This rescheduled fixture means our third SWPL match of the season will be an away Edinburgh Derby clash versus Hearts on Sunday 7 September. The reverse fixture will take place on Sunday 16 November.
There will be a winter break in place once more this season. Our final pre-break fixture sees us host Celtic on Sunday 21 December, before the Hibees return on Sunday 18 January to face Rangers away from home.
Our final pre-split match is pencilled in for Sunday 22 February, with Hibs travelling north to take on Aberdeen.
Supporters should bear in mind that this is a provisional fixture list, with all fixtures subject to change and broadcast selections to be made throughout the season.
