Nikola ZigicI have a concern. My lad was successful in the ballot but doesn't have his own email address, his account is linked to mine.
Do I just go on the account through my login, put an ST in my basket and then assign it to him?
I rang the ticket office yesterday and they asked me for a different email address so his account could be separated, I gave them one and was told I'd get an email. Nothing came.
Just interested if anyone else has had a similar situation and has had some instruction?

Exactly the same situation. Eldest didnt get it, youngest did via email to my spam. I called the ticket office to find out who had been successful.
