0 8

Tottenham’s decision on Southampton’s Tyler Dibling has been revealed ahead of the summer window, with the teenager still firmly on their summer shortlist.

Tottenham Hotspur fans are no strangers to talk of the club being linked with a move to sign Southampton winger Tyler Dibling, following reports that date back to the winter window.

Dibling has been labelled a top target for Tottenham for some time now, with Spurs even going as far as submitting a bid for Dibling during the winter window, only for Southampton to reject their offer.

It was reported that Southampton value Dibling as a £100 million player, a valuation that Tottenham are not willing to meet, and now Spurs’ stance on a potential move for Dibling this summer has been revealed.

Tottenham will not meet £55m valuation for Tyler Dibling

According to fresh reports from Football Insider, Tottenham are still keen on signing Southampton’s Tyler Dibling, but the Lilywhites will not meet his lowered £55 million price tag.

The Saints have since been relegated from the Premier League following a poor stint back in the top flight, with Dibling being one of the few bright sparks in what was ultimately a gloomy campaign.

With two years left on Dibling’s current deal, it has been reported that Spurs are open to going back in with a bid for the teenager, although they are not prepared to meet the £55 million valuation that Southampton are holding out for.

Spurs still monitoring Tyler Dibling as part of summer rebuild

Dibling, who scored two goals in 33 Premier League games, remains firmly under Tottenham’s radar, with new reports from the Daily Mail stating that Dibling is one of six players Spurs are looking to sign this summer.

It was revealed by the publication that Tyler Dibling remains firmly in Tottenham’s sights, as Ange Postecoglou’s men are expected to join the race for the teenage forward, who they see as someone capable of offering competition to the likes of Brennan Johnson and Dejan Kulusevski on the right.

Aston Villa, Chelsea and RB Leipzig are also said to be monitoring Dibling closely and could offer competition to the Lilywhites this summer.
