Cammy injured his knee in the 2024 PDL play-off final for the under-18s. With a man sent-off, all the subs used, he could hardly move but stayed on the pitch as we dug in and beat Charlton in extra-time. Summed up the warrior spirit of that group. They could play, they were relentless and could mix it.
He required a second operation this season unfortunately and only only got back on the pitch late season.
Most of the lads from that group signed one year contracts, with a year's (club) option. Cammy didn't have the option in his deal though, hence the fresh 12 months.
Happy for him. He's a big character and was one of the heartbeats of that team.
